This Disputes, Liabilities, and Indemnity Policy outlines how Kaam LLC manages legal obligations, dispute resolutions, and risk mitigation for our clients and partners. It ensures that every engagement — from AI-driven campaigns to advanced web development — operates within a framework of fairness, professionalism, and mutual respect.
In the event of a dispute, Kaam LLC has the discretion and the freedom to pursue legal action and hold the customer fully accountable for the work completed and the resources expended in dispute resolution. In such a scenario, Kaam LLC retains the right to charge the client without honoring any previously granted discounts in good faith. Kaam LLC will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from false representation or unprofessionalism.
Kaam LLC reserves the right to terminate services strictly for any client if their operating principles and regulatory criteria are not aligned or met.
Kaam LLC provides its services “as is” without guarantees of current safety or other issues that may result in data leaks, statistics discrepancies, or damage to reputation. While efforts are made to keep systems and servers safe from hackers, viruses, intruders, and other online and offline threats, Kaam LLC cannot be held accountable for any network outages that may occur.
Kaam LLC maintains independent dealings and relationships with its partners and subcontractors. No party has the power, right, or authority to interfere with or constrain the other, or to assume or establish any commitment or authority, explicitly or implicitly, on behalf of or in the name of the other.
Clients must agree to hold harmless and indemnify Kaam LLC, its licensors, content creators, network operators, staff, agents, officers, directors, contractors, and subcontractors (the “Indemnified Parties”) for any violation of these Agreements and Constraints or any other terms, conditions, policies, or procedures, such as any use of the content other than as unambiguously allowed in these Terms and Conditions. The client must acknowledge that Kaam LLC will bear no liability for such clear violation or unauthorized use. Clients agree to hold the indemnified parties harmless for any loss, damage, judgments, expenses, bills, and lawyers’ fees.
Clients will also absolve and hold the indemnified parties harmless from and against any third-party claims arising from their use of Kaam LLC’s information.
Kaam LLC will not be subject to liability for any breach of the agreement that exceeds (but is not limited to) fire, lightning, explosion, war, natural disasters, industrial disputes (whether or not involving their employees), severe weather conditions, or acts of local or central government or other competent authorities.
